Couple's Relaxing Getaway

Our stay here was really enjoyable. I still remember the moment I saw the bungalows, all so modern and well-kept. The daily fresh towels and sheets were a real treat, like being pampered without even asking.

It was a bit pricier than I hoped for but still acceptable.

We had a grand time, the pool area is spotless and so inviting! The staff are real sound folks, couldn’t ask for better. Only downside was the dining times. Loved the all-you-can-eat experience though, plenty of options!

I found the bed in the bungalow to be uncomfortable, and the pillows provided inadequate support for my neck. the lack of internet connection was disappointing. I struggled to stay connected during my stay. Breakfast service hours felt too restrictive, ending too early for those of us wanting a leisurely morning.

The hotel grounds and gardens were immaculate. The pool area was serene, perfect for unwinding after a day of exploring. The Bali beds by the pool provided immense comfort, making it easy to spend the entire day lounging about. I especially enjoyed the lovely garden view from my bungalow, which added to the tranquil atmosphere.

The wifi connection could use improvement.

the wifi is so slow, that it’s almost like having no wifi at all. a real treat! and let’s not even start on the pool towels, making guests pay to change them? almost gave a good review, but when I expected some sort of special treatment, I was utterly disappointed. not worth the hassle, honestly.

The serene atmosphere with beautiful gardens and a lovely outdoor space for lounging made our stay special! The delightful staff always greeted us with smiles. Meals were varied, truly enjoyed dining in the sun.

The entertainment options in the evening could be a bit more diverse!

stunning nearby parks and easy access to attractions make everything special

The excellent access to amazing parks and the charming Botanical Park of Maspalomas just a short stroll away made my weekend so relaxing and fulfilling. I loved exploring the vibrant atmosphere of the nearby Sur Park and soaking in the beauty of local landmarks like the Monumento de Cristobal Colon, which really added to my stay at this lovely getaway.

The breakfast hours are too short—only running from 8:00 to 10:00, which feels restrictive, especially on weekends when a later start could be preferable. The pool rules can be overly strict, like the no vaping policy—even more so with lifeguards unnecessarily enforcing rules around play, which might not suit everyone’s idea of relaxation. the lunch menu lacks variety. while the pizza is a solid option, it could use some more choices throughout the day.
